Three gun zealot bills pass into law

April 10, 2021

  • HB 116, the Governor signed it into law. Previously, you didn’t even need a permit to carry loaded guns if you live in Wyoming. This bill allows anyone to carry guns from any state with no permit required. The NRA likes it because there will be no “government red tape or delays”. Gun safety is not even considered.  👎dislike
  • HB 236, the Governor signed it into law. It eliminates the freedom of private businesses to choose not to do business with gun companies.  👎dislike
  • SF 155, the Governor signed it into law. It prevents any Government entity from closing gun stores or manufacturers during an emergency. Once again, public safety takes a back seat to gun sales. 👎dislike

As the legislature adjourns for the year, the NRA calls it a “very successful 2021 Legislative Session.” The gloating is about the three gun zealot bills passed into law that all help gun companies make more money. None consider the risks to public safety.
