This bill passed the legislature last week. It now goes to Governor Jay Inslee’s desk for final signature. The NRA asked their members to contact the Governor. Slightly different versions of this bill passed both the Senate and the House. The bill now goes to a conference committee to resolve the differences.

- HB 1283 died in committee. It restricts the open carry or display of weapons within a group of three or more people if the weapons are used in a threatening manner. 👍like
- SB 5078 died in committee. It prohibits the manufacture and possession of magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition. The only excepts are for those already owned. They can be kept at home, at a gun range or for hunting. 👍 like
Both bills failed to pass their committees, so they are considered to be dead for the year.
