After mass shootings, the NRA celebrates 3 new gun sale expansion laws

March 25, 2021

  • HB 1212 passed into law. It expands on the current so called stand-your-ground law in South Dakota. These laws result in unnecessary killing in fits of anger. 👎dislike
  • SB 100 passed into law. It ignores public safety during any kind of Government declared emergency and allows gun stores to continue selling guns. 👎dislike
  • SB 111 passed into law. It reduces the cost of obtaining a concealed carry permit. As usual, the NRA is pushing this bill to sell more guns. 👎dislike

All three of these new laws help the NRA boast their supporter’s gun sales. These are signed into law the same week as mass shootings in Georgia and Colorado. Once again, the gun promotion organization is tone deaf to the danger to the public of more guns everywhere.
