Gov vetoes a license elimination bill

  • SB 687/HB 398, Bill vetoed by Governor. It eliminates the need for a pistol permit to purchase a handgun. This allows so called “bad guy” to more easily get guns. 👎 dislike

This week, Governor Cooper vetoed this bill. He is a friend of gun control having vetoed a bill to allow guns in churches. The NRA will be pushing a veto override very soon.
