  • S.3757 is scheduled for a committee vote. It requires all guns and ammunition in the home be locked ups. Many school shootings and other murders are committed by simply taking the unlocked family gun to commit the crime. 👍 like

The New Jersey Senate Law & Public Safety Committee is scheduled to hold a hearing on this bill on December 9. The NRA frightened their members to call their legislator about this bill. The fear used is that criminals will be coming up the stairs while you’re fumbling for your keys. No mention is made to the fact that a home with guns is less safe than a home without guns.

This is the time to offset the NRA and contact your state senator. Ask for support of S.3757. You can find all your representatives at Common Cause.
