Today, The Kansas State House voted for concealed weapon license reciprocity with all other states. Reciprocity would allow anyone from any other states to use their concealed weapons license in Kansas. The problem is, some states have virtually no requirements for a license. Gun nuts can go on-line and obtain one in a few minutes, even from another state other than their home state. Kansas would lose all control over qualifications for licenses. The bill now moves to the Senate. Concerned citizens need to take this important moment to oppose this bill.
The Bill
👎 House Bill 2326 would require the police to recognize the concealed weapons licenses from any other state. Also, an amendment would allow those as young as 18 to apply for a concealed weapons license in Kansas.
