Republican Governor Eric Holcomb designated gun stores and suppliers as “Essential Businesses and Operations.”  All other types of stores close for the safe health of their customers. Do they believe that gun buyers are immune to the virus? Do they care if gun buyers spread the virus throughout society?

Of course, the Governor was simply influenced by pressure from the NRA to allow gun store sales to continue. The gun group is happy to keep the gun sales flourishing in Indiana. They told their members:

…we should remember that Gov. Holcomb respects and upholds the right of law-abiding citizens to defend themselves and their loved ones.
