Unrestricted gun ranges are now the law

Unfortunately, this new law takes rights away from neighborhoods. Nobody will be allowed to restrict gun ranges because they are noisy or dangerous.

This bill passed the legislature and is now before the Governor for final signature. The NRA did not even alert their members about this bill because they assumed it would pass. Property rights supporters should be concerned. It takes away their freedom to restrict a neighboring gun range in any way.
