Arkansas already allows silencers on guns. Silencers allow shootings with less traceability to the shooter. But the NRA wants their gun companies to make more money selling them. However, the current law in Arkansas is not exactly the way they would like it. The bill will become law if Governor Hutchinson signs it.
The Bill
👎 Senate Bill 400 would alter the current law allowing silencers in Arkansas to better meet the NRA’s liking.
