Nevada: Two good gun safety bills pass the Assembly

safe for guns

Under a deadline for approval, the Nevada Assembly needed to pass two good gun bills before Tuesday night. Otherwise,  the bills would have died. With their urging, the NRA failed to get enough of their gun nuts to call their Nevada State Assembly members. The NRA failed so the bills now moves on to the Senate Judiciary Committee for consideration.

👍 Assembly Bill 291 would repeal the preemption laws in Nevada. This would allow local the freedom to make their own gun ordinances. Also included in this bill is the outlawing of trigger modifications or bump stocks.
