Nevada: Committee passes two good bills to the full Assembly

On Friday (04/12), the Nevada Assembly Committee on Judiciary approved two gun safety bills that will now be eligible for full Assembly votes this week. With their urging, the NRA will get their gun nuts to call their Nevada State Assembly members. Now is a moment of high impact when concerned citizens calls asking for support of these two bills, becomes highly effective.

The Bills

👍 Assembly Bill 291 would repeal the preemption laws in Nevada. This would allow local the freedom to make their own gun ordinances. Also included in this bill is the outlawing of trigger modifications or bump stocks.
