Illinois: An amendment to a bill would allow removal of guns if no license

The NRA is urging members to oppose Senate Amendment 1 Senate Bill 44. It would allow police to remove guns from those without a valid Firearm Owner Identification card. The NRA seems to be protecting unlicensed dangerous people with guns. Concerned citizens should help support this amendment.
