Three gun sensible bills will be debated on Wednesday (5/08) before the Senate Executive Committee. The NRA asked their gun nut members to attend and also to contact the committee. If gun violence prevention advocates attend, it will offset their visibility power.
The NRA goal used to be promoting gun safety. Now it is selling more guns. Evidence of this is their alert to members. In it, they described training and permit requirements as “arbitrary hurdles.”
👍 Senate Bill 68 would ban almost all semi-automatic weapons.
👍 Senate Bill 70 would ban semi-automatic magazines from holding more than 15 rounds of bullets.
👍 Senate Bill 82 would require training and a permit to purchase guns in Delaware.
